The vent designs have evolved from
testing & feedback from Mountain riders, Trail riders & Winning Race teams.All vents are CAD designed to precisely fit the area where they get installed &
look like they belong there.Aluminum frames are water jet cut out of 12 gauge
(.0808") or 14 gauge (.0641") for strength & durability.JC's Custom Vents has a more open design with superior airflow compared to other designs.Air flow is the #1 reason for installing intake vents or cooling vents on your Sled.Cooling vents expel unwanted heat for increased performance & longer belt
life.All vents frames are hand buffed & inspected to insure
their Fit-N-Finish.All vents are skinned with PVC coated mesh that
is UV Resistant with a High Tensile &Tear Strength.There
are 3 types of mesh available for most vent applications & Pre-Filter for some.
For intake applications Pre-Filter stops ingestion of fine snow and debris
protection without restricting air flow. Any type/color of mesh & color of rivets can be chosen for each
vent in the options section.
